The Government has opened a public consultation on proposed changes to the Active Investor Plus visa category until 30 April 2026.
Key proposals include reducing the minimum direct investment from $5 million to $3 million, expanding acceptable investments to include infrastructure and renewable energy, and introducing a points-based assessment.
